Actually, Marla was the cause of Trump’s first divorce. While Trump was married to Ivana, Maples was his “side chick”. They dated in secret until she caused a stir that ended Trump and Ivana’s marriage.
2. She Openly Confronted Ivana
In a shocking revelation by Ivana, she said Maples confronted her openly in 1989 while having a lunch with Donald and their children at a ski resort in Aspen. Maples openly confessed she loved Donald and according to Ivana, that was the end of their marriage.
